“The Most Fun You Can Have With Your Boots On!” YYC3’s Hayley Bendzik was hired by Cowboys Calgary marketing team for the Calgary Stampede 2014 to coordinate, promote, and host concerts and events, manage live social feeds, execute contests, and provide exceptional customer experience both in person and through digital communications.

• Worked as part of the marketing team to plan, coordinate, and promote events including concerts, fashion and talent shows, and even a wedding at Cowboys Dance Hall and Cowboys Stampede Tent.

• Negotiated and managed sponsorship for events.

• Physically promoted events by giving away tickets in the community ensuring all events were sell-outs.

• Conducted contests live at events such as Line-Up Lottery.

• Ensured event artists and guests received excellent service and satisfaction.

• Created content for Twitter to promote awareness and ticket sales for upcoming events.

• Live tweeted events.

• Conducted live contests at events to select winners for prizes including artist meet and greets.

• Managed, created, and coordinated content for Instagram profile.

• Executed Instagram contests for giveaways and prizes including meet and greets.

• Live managed YAP board which integrated all @CowboysCalgary social feeds and engagements tagging @CowboysCalgary onto multiple big screens inside the venue.

• Conducted contests and announced winners through YAP board.
