Hayley studied business management and marketing at the University of British Columbia, earning her degree in 2012. Developing creative and strategic skills through subject matter including branding, marketing, consumer behaviour, and corporate social responsibility, Hayley gained real-world marketing experience she turned into a freelance career that grew into YYC3 Inc.
As textbooks turned to ebooks, Instagram was created, and websites became mobile-friendly, Hayley was “captivated by how the digital economy would shift the way businesses, marketers, and consumers conducted themselves”. Her passion for storytelling and keen eye for detail turned into her mission “to discover and distribute stories worth telling”.
Today, she advises business owners, develops digital-focused marketing strategies, and manages a full-service team to execute on all things digital marketing and advertising. As the leader of YYC3 teams and projects Hayley’s clients call her by many names including copywriter, website designer, video director, campaign manager, and marketing coach.
Hayley is a truly jack of all digital marketing trades and directs monthly projects with the support of her team, and takes on many extra tasks and single-projects single-handedly. She adds her own flavour to every project she is a part of, noting that “a recipe is merely words on paper; a guideline and starting point from which to improvise… words have no flavour, you have to add your own.”
Outside of developing websites and managing clients and campaigns, Hayley loves to learn about the world through travel. She started while competing for Team Alberta in gymnastics, and travel now fuels her passions for food, fashion, and design. She enjoys skiing, golfing, rock climbing, puzzles, and board games.

Wondering what we cost?
As of 2024, clients need a minimum monthly budget of $1850/month for YYC3’s Managed Social Media System.
This amount allows us to invest the appropriate amount of time into your brand and business to deliver full-service Social Media Management that gets results!
Based on your individual resources (like media library, brand assets, internal team collaboration) the number of posts, type of posts, number of platforms, and hours required for community engagement, paired with your goals and KPI’s, and add-ons like email marketing or website maintenance, prices will vary.
If you have a monthly budget that’s less, you may be better suited to a single project offering – such as a Content Creation package, where we deliver a content set that you post on your own. While these packages don’t include content strategy, publishing, community engagement, paid ads, or other best practices, they’re great for smaller businesses who need some professional content to add into the mix. These packages can be used to add extra hype around a specific launch or event, or can be evergreen-focused to sprinkle in throughout the year.
Yes, you can buy Content Creation services twice a year, every quarter, or really as often as you’d like (and our availability exists) too! All packages are curated for your needs, whether it’s raw footage for reels only, or ready-to-post reels with captions and some infographics for pinned posts, plus some hype comments from our team.
On the other hand, if you’re wanting us to “teach” instead of “do”, you may be interested in an Audit to help you identify what you’re doing well, and what you need to work on, or Content Strategy Development with some personalized coaching to your in-house team.
Just need a logo? New website banners? Social media profile set-up? Business cards? Designs for branded merch? While we prefer to create long-lasting relationships where we can deeply immerse ourselves in your brand and industry to offer maximum value, we can certainly talk about mini projects too!
