When we say integrated, we mean a unified and connected approach that brings together multiple marketing activities, channels, and tools to work seamlessly as one system. For example, social media is connected to other marketing channels such as email marketing, event marketing, websites, or seo. Paid and organic efforts are aligned, just as content strategy, creation, social listening, and customer service are not siloed, but work together in a loop. Wherever a potential customer interacts with your brand, the experience should be cohesive, which means streamlined systems and processes are key.

Hi, I’m Hayley! 👋 I graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2012 with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. At the time, social media wasn’t considered a marketing discipline—yet I could already see how it would transform the way businesses and consumers connect.

Instagram was brand new, Twitter was taking off, and TikTok didn’t even exist. As Facebook Business Pages evolved and Ads Manager rolled out, I was there… experimenting, testing, and helping businesses figure it out as it happened.

So I learned by doing. I built my career in real time, learning as the platforms evolved and businesses scrambled to understand this new digital era.

Growing alongside the industry gave me a unique perspective: I didn’t just study social media—I lived its evolution. I didn’t just watch social media become mainstream marketing—I helped write that playbook.

My passion for storytelling and keen eye for detail turned into my mission: to discover and distribute stories worth telling. As I often say, “a recipe is merely words on paper; a guideline and starting point from which to improvise… words have no flavour, you have to add your own.”

My hands-on experience through the mobile-social revolution shaped how I approach marketing today: with curiosity, agility, and a love for helping businesses navigate constant change. What began as freelancing—writing copy, managing campaigns, building websites, and running events—soon grew into something much bigger. As demand increased, I partnered with other creatives to deliver a full suite of services. Together, we built YYC3 into an award-winning collective, recognized by Clutch.co as one of Calgary’s—and Canada’s—top marketing and advertising companies.

Today, YYC3 is more than an agency—it’s a team of strategists, designers, writers, creators, and analysts who collaborate to deliver integrated marketing for modern businesses. We’ve helped brands double e-commerce sales, launch six-figure online courses, and build cult followings. But beyond results, YYC3 has created opportunities: sustainable careers for freelancers, flexible pathways for women, and mentorship for emerging talent.

Whether through ongoing partnerships or one-off audits, coaching, and workshops, I focus on equipping clients with the tools, systems, and confidence to grow their businesses and collaborate effectively with agencies like ours.

Outside of YYC3, I love to learn about the world through travel. I started while competing for Team Alberta in gymnastics, and today travel fuels my passions for food, fashion, and design. I’m known for planning events and epic vacations, and I enjoy skiing, golfing, rock climbing, puzzles, board games, and snuggling with my dogs.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come, but I’m even more excited about what’s ahead. Digital platforms will continue to evolve, just as they have since I first started my career. My mission remains the same: to discover and share stories worth telling—and to use marketing not just to grow brands, but to grow people and communities along the way. The best part? We’re just getting started.

Wondering what we cost?

Pricing starts at $1850/month for YYC3’s Fully Managed Social Media System.

This amount allows us to invest the appropriate amount of time into your brand and business to deliver full-service Social Media Management that gets results!

Based on your individual resources (like media library, brand assets, internal team collaboration) the number of posts, type of posts, number of platforms, and hours required for community engagement, paired with your goals and KPI’s, and add-ons like email marketing or website maintenance, prices will vary.

If you have a monthly budget that’s less, you may be better suited to a single project offering – such as a Content Creation package, where we deliver a content set that you post on your own. While these packages don’t include content strategy, publishing, community engagement, paid ads, or other best practices, they’re great for smaller businesses who need some professional content to add into the mix. These packages can be used to add extra hype around a specific launch or event, or can be evergreen-focused to sprinkle in throughout the year.

Yes, you can buy Content Creation services twice a year, every quarter, or really as often as you’d like (and our availability exists) too! All packages are curated for your needs, whether it’s raw footage for reels only, or ready-to-post reels with captions and some infographics for pinned posts, plus some hype comments from our team.

On the other hand, if you’re wanting us to “teach” instead of “do”, you may be interested in an Audit to help you identify what you’re doing well, and what you need to work on, or Content Strategy Development with some personalized coaching to your in-house team.

Just need a logo? New website banners? Social media profile set-up? Business cards? Designs for branded merch? While we prefer to create long-lasting relationships where we can deeply immerse ourselves in your brand and industry to offer maximum value, we can certainly talk about mini projects too!
