Engel & Völkers Calgary (Project Ended 2017)

Engel & Völkers is one of the world’s leading service companies in providing their clients with luxury real estates, properties, yachts and boats. Founded in 1977 in Hamburg, Germany and brought to Calgary by franchisee Mark D. Evernden, YYC3 was hired to lead a 90-minute strategic planning session for all Engel & Völkers real estate advisors on branding and marketing.

• Provided personalized recommendations and one-on-one follow-up sessions for individual agents, optimizing digital profiles, developing lead generation strategies using digital platforms, evaluating additional marketing materials, and more.

• Post-session worked one-on-one with individual advisors on their unique digital marketing and content strategies. YYC3 helped advisors to optimized digital profiles including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, coached on best practices best use platforms, creating high-quality content, and using engagements for growth. YYC3 also helps with graphic design for print materials including postcards, listing presentations, and sell sheets.

This interactive workshop will solidify your brand voice and key messaging and you will receive a free brand standards guide to ensure consistency in marketing materials across all channels.

For those who chose, evaluations of your current marketing content and tactics (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Paid Ads, Brochures, etc.) are also available. Recommendations and implementation plans can be provided particularly related to cleaning up branding and messaging, and utilizing the best practices of digital platforms.
