Print Ad With A Side Of Social Commentary
Another blog sparked by AdWeek “Snickers Just Put the Most Epic Photoshop Fail on the Back of SI’s Swimsuit Issue”..
Although I don’t eat Snickers very often, I do enjoy their “You’re Not Yourself When You’re Hungry” marketing campaign, in particular the commercials ft. celebrities.
I am also loving how their latest print ad adapts their existing marketing messaging to fit with the Sports Illustrated brand, engages the audience to spot the “fails”, and provides an underlying social commentary on photoshop/real woman/real bodies too!
