A: The 3 C’s in YYC3 stand for Custom + Communications + Commerce. We offer full-service branding, marketing, and advertising solutions. From logo design to website development, content creation to customer support, influencer marketing management, we go above and beyond for our clients. We don’t offer standard packages as many social media marketing companies do. We customize our approach to each client, choosing the best communication style and platforms for their business to increase conversions – whether that means more online store sales, more membership sign-ups, or more appointments booked.
What our clients like best about us is that we are a one-stop shop. We don’t stop at content creation, we actually evaluate the marketing message and strategy as a whole. We don’t just offer social media management – we can update existing websites or develop brand new ones. We run paid ads on Facebook and Google using the data we collect to optimize every platform. We aren’t restricted to digital platforms either; we design print marketing materials and work with local printers on business cards, posters, brochures and coupons for our clients. Offering everything our clients need under one roof ensures a consistent brand experience no matter where or how an audience interacts with the brand!

A: We are committed to high-quality content, organic growth, and two-way conversation. Our efforts to create top-tier content at accessible prices for small business owners is matched by our effort to treat every like, comment, and follow as a lead that can be nurtured into conversion.
Our team and clients buy into the mentality “if you’re going to do something, do it right” which often translates into “quality over quantity” for social media posting. For instance, we post selectively on platforms the target audience uses most, as opposed to every platform available. We believe that posting thoughtful captions with polished graphics and video content less frequently is better than pushing “quick content” that merely fills post quotas.
On social media, our team allotts time daily to reply to every single comment, like, or reaction on behalf of our clients. In addition, we dedicate time to proactively engage with target audiences, their pages, and their content. It’s very time consuming, however, we do not believe there is a replacement for real human interaction within a social media strategy. We don’t use bots or apps. We organically search keywords, and find audiences that match target geographics, demographics, and psychographics. Starting authentic conversations with our clients’ communities is a great way to discover their customers’ needs and what can be done to improve overall customer experience. Interactions and information is used to adapt content, and to provide our clients with valuable insights.

Q: If you could highlight an award-winning aspect of YYC3 Inc. what would it be?
A: Our commitment to providing top quality work without forcing small businesses to break the bank! We are very proud of how much we can accomplish despite being a small team. We work very efficiently and hold ourselves to a high-standard. Each team member brings unique strengths, while offering deep toolkits to fill in the gaps as needed to support each other on every project. YYC3 is always looking for ways to “level up” our deliverables to provide “large agency results” to our clients for competitive freelance rates. We are known for our creativity – people who can “throw a thousand dollar party with a hundred dollar budget”. For marketing this often means acquiring sponsorship, working out in-kind trade deals, and knowing where to allocate funds.
Q: In the ever-evolving media Industry how do you say ahead of the next trend?
A: While we love joining in on the latest viral trend, we’re careful not to be “too trendy” and stick to the fundamentals, because in social media what’s trending today may be dead tomorrow. We’re committed to continuous learning and growth as individuals and as a team. We have Google alerts set for keywords, a list of companies and personalities we watch closely, and keep apprised of new apps. We fully immerse ourselves in every update and new feature added to the software and platforms we use, and then adapt our client strategies accordingly. (Did you know Instagram actually prioritizes accounts that promote and utilize new features? It’s ok – YYC3 did!) We also recently added a section to our Instagram where we collect and share “things we like.” We take Facebook blueprint courses, and we have weekly team meetings to hatch new ideas. We are committed to listening to our audience, staying true to the brands we represent, and analyzing key reporting metrics to keep us on track.
